Terms & Conditions

Firstly,

1. Order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

2. Once order has been made, no backing out.

3. Payment has to been made after receiving invoice within 24 hours.

4. Items will arrive in 1-2 weeks after order has been sent to our supplier, if there's no delay.

5. No refund/exchange after items has been mailed out, but we'll do our job

to make sure that all items are in good condition before mailing.

6. If the items are oos, full refund will be made.

PAYMENTS:

1. Only make payment after we've sent you an invoice.

2. All payment will be verified within 24-48 hours after receiving the confirmation email.

3. Please attached us a copy of receipt as a proof of payment right after transferring.
(Be it by ibanking or receipt printed from the ATM machine)

MAILING OPTIONS:

1. Mailing will be held every Saturday!

2. Only normal postage and registered postage are available.

3. We will not be responsible for any lost mails if normal postage is choosen.
